The tradition we construct collectively is the inspiration for all the things we do.
We’ve been working with Culture Amp to observe and measure the well being of our office tradition, and deal with constantly enhancing it.
We love the Tradition Amp group as a lot as we love their instruments, so we’ve teamed up with them to host the primary Australian Folks Geekup – an occasion to attach individuals inquisitive about working cultures and the people that make them up.
The inaugural Aussie Folks Geekup will likely be held Tuesday November 24, 2015, at Csswp headquarters in downtown Melbourne.
Damon Klotz from Tradition Amp will speak about future developments rising within the individuals area as we head into 2016, and Csswp HR Director James Regulation will share the recipe behind a terrific place to work.
